» How far in advance should I enquire / book ?
We advise you to make your enquiry more than 3 months in advance of your intended arrival dates for a group less than 8 golfers and more than 6 months in advance for any group more than 8 golfers in size. You can enquire over 12 months in advance and we will have valid prices and for the peak seasons most groups book around 10-12 months in advance.

» How do I make a reservation ?
Information is essential for a well organised golf holiday so dates, and your package details must be certain for us to start a reservation for you. For very large groups and far in advance dates our sales team can book without a deposit and hold your reservation for 2 weeks but generally for all groups a deposit payment is required for us to reserve anything. Deposit payments for golf and hotel only are between £50- £100 depending on your group size. For us to book flights aswell as the golf and hotel package we require the full cost of the flight tickets.

» Cancellations

» What happens when you get to Antalya?
You will have very close contact with our sales team during the sales and reservation process. If we have booked a complete package for you the details will be very clear. For 90% of our clients we book hotel and golf with transfer services and provide a welcome pack about your resort arrangements. A typical arrival is as follows:-

Board your transfer vehicle
40 minute transfer to your hotel
Check-in to your hotel
Meet the following morning with our resort reps to look at your week ahead

» What is included in the price ?

» Do we have to buy a complete package or can we request only one of your services ?
You can request any of our services separately. For example you can request tee-times only, or Airport Transfers only etc. If you already have a package but want to add some more services that they can not handle; we are ready here to fill the blanks in your vacation plan.
